IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)

IPL (intense pulsed light) is a non-invasive treatment that uses light energy to target pigment and discoloration in the skin. It’s commonly used to improve uneven tone, sun damage, and redness without damaging the surrounding skin.

Over time, treated areas fade, leaving the skin looking clearer and more balanced.

Clearer, More Even Skin Without Harsh Treatments

What Is IPL?

IPL (intense pulsed light) is a non-invasive treatment that uses light energy to target pigment and discoloration in the skin. It’s commonly used to improve uneven tone, sun damage, and redness without damaging the surrounding skin.

Over time, treated areas fade, leaving the skin looking clearer and more balanced.

What Can IPL Treat?

IPL is designed to target a range of common skin concerns, including:

-Sun damage
-Hyperpigmentation
-Redness and rosacea
-Facial veins
-Freckles and age spots
-Acne and acne-related discoloration
-Fine lines and uneven skin tone

If you’re noticing changes in your skin from sun exposure or aging, IPL can help restore a more even, refreshed appearance.

How IPL Works

IPL delivers controlled pulses of light energy into the skin, where it targets pigment and blood vessels beneath the surface.

As the treated pigment breaks down, your body naturally clears it away over time. At the same time, the treatment supports overall skin clarity and tone.

Because IPL works below the surface, improvements happen gradually with each session.

What to Expect After Treatment

IPL requires little to no downtime. You may experience mild redness or warmth immediately after treatment, which typically fades within a few hours.

In the days following treatment, pigmented areas may darken slightly before fading. It’s important to protect your skin from sun exposure and follow any aftercare instructions provided during your visit.

Most clients return to normal activities the same day.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

IPL treatments are typically done in a series to achieve the best results.

Most clients need 3 to 6 sessions spaced about 4 weeks apart, depending on their skin concerns and goals. Some may choose occasional maintenance treatments to maintain results over time.

Your treatment plan will be customized during your consultation to match your skin and desired outcome.
