Firmer Skin Without Surgery or Downtime
What Is Tissue Tightening?
Tissue tightening is a non-invasive treatment designed to improve loose or lax skin by stimulating collagen and elastin production.
Using BTL Exilis Ultra 360™, controlled radiofrequency and ultrasound energy is delivered beneath the surface of the skin to gently heat targeted tissue. This process encourages the skin to become firmer, smoother, and more supported over time.
What Areas Can Be Treated?
Tissue tightening can be used to improve skin laxity in a variety of areas, including:
Abdomen
Inner thighs
Upper arms
Neck and jawline
Décolleté
Treatment areas are selected based on your goals and where you’re noticing changes in skin firmness.
How Exilis Ultra 360 Works
Exilis Ultra 360 uses a combination of radiofrequency and ultrasound energy to heat deeper layers of the skin safely and evenly.
This controlled heating stimulates collagen and elastin production while also encouraging existing fibers to contract. Over time, this leads to firmer skin and improved contour in treated areas.
Because the treatment works below the surface, results develop gradually as the skin rebuilds its structure.
What to Expect During and After Treatment
Treatments are comfortable and require no downtime. Most clients describe the sensation as a warming feeling similar to a hot stone massage.
Each session typically lasts between 15 to 30 minutes depending on the treatment area. You can return to normal activities immediately after your appointment.
Your provider will give you any additional guidance to help support your results.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
For best results, most clients benefit from a series of 2 to 4 treatments spaced about one week apart.
Because collagen production continues after treatment, improvements develop gradually over time. Maintenance sessions may be recommended to help sustain results.
Your treatment plan will be customized based on your skin and goals during your consultation.
